Hi Bob, I received my sides today and now you got me drooling over some more wood I need to buy. My question is, what are the woods you sent? I'm familiar with most of the traditional classical wood like EIRW, but am unsure what some of the others are. The orange colored side is AMAZING. Is that your osage orange? Then there was a very nice highly figured side, maybe sapele? There looked like a side of nice rosewood. And I'm totally unsure what the last two were, maybe a mahogany and maple? Sorry for my ignorance--I'd really like to know what they are so I can order them in the future. I gotta build a guitar with that orange wood. If you need me to post pics I can. Thanks.

Cheers!

John

John I'm glad you like them. I thought I had written the names of the wood in chalk on every side. Somehow I must have missed yours. I know the orange is padauk. The others I would just be guessing without seeing a picture of them. Can you send some photos?

Here's a pic of the 5 sides. Man, I need to get me some more wood as soon as I know what it is. Pics just don't do it justice!

Cheers!

John
